Post-Construction

1. Project Closeout or Wipe the Slate Clean™ ("WSC"): At the conclusion of a project, many loose ends often remain. Project Closeout uses ReAlignment techniques to finalize construction details and approval. WSC uses ReAlignment techniques to resolve end of job disputes regarding claims, cost overruns, delays and other budget busters.
   
   
2. Lessons Learned: So few companies take advantage of the tremendous lessons learned on every construction job. As Georges Santayana has said, "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it." Highlights of this process are capturing those "lessons learned", and institutionalizing strategies developed by the team to fix recurring problems.
