Design and Construction
Training: Many of the principals and associates of TRG are nationally-recognized college-level instructors providing on-site training in a variety of construction topics, including:
Facilitation:Under the auspices of CMAA University’s Dennis D. Dunne School of Facilitation www.CMAAleaders.com (founded by TRG VP Dan Fauchier and by Dennis Dunne), TRG teaches and coaches construction managers, builders, designers, owner representatives and other project leaders in state-of-the-art facilitation skills laser-targeted to the unique demands of the design and construction industry. The Certificate Course is 34 hours, starting with a 3-day live hands-on workshop limited to 20 persons per class. Another 11 hours ofwebinars and personal coaching assure each new facilitator is truly trained, certified and ready to meet the high standards of CMAA and the Dennis D. Dunne School.
Special adaptations of the course can be tailored for specific agencies or companies who wish to significantly raise the level of professionalism in their ranks.
All of the School’s courses qualify for continuing education credits for CCM, CMIT and AIA recertifications. Ask us about PE continuing education credits.

Post-Construction
Project Closeout or Wipe the Slate Clean ("WSC"): At the conclusion of a project, many loose ends often remain. Project Closeout uses ReAlignment techniques to finalize construction details and approval. WSC uses ReAlignment techniques to resolve end of job disputes regarding claims, cost overruns, delays and other budget busters.
Continuous Learning thru PDCA: So few companies take advantage of the tremendous lessons learned on every construction job. As Georges Santayana has said, "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it." Highlights of this process are capturing those "lessons learned", and institutionalizing strategies developed by the team to fix recurring problems.
At TRG we coach your project team in Continuous Learning. Why wait till the end of the project to learn the project's lessons? Using PDCA, your team can institute Continuous Learning and put lessons to work immediately.
